Our sincere thanks to Ambassador Mehreteab Mulugeta Haile

The Ethiopian Consulate in Norway would like to express its warm and sincere appreciation to H.E. Ambassador Mehreteab Mulugeta Haile as he concludes his diplomatic service in the Nordic countries.

For more than four years, Ambassador Mehreteab has worked with great dedication to strengthen the relations between Ethiopia and Norway. He has been an important advocate for increased cooperation, investment and economic development, while also contributing to greater knowledge, mutual understanding, and closer relations between our two countries.

Strong relations between nations are built over time – through trust, dialogue and people who recognize the opportunities that cooperation can create. Throughout his tenure, Ambassador Mehreteab has made an important contribution to this work and has served as a valuable bridge between Ethiopia and Norway.

We would particularly like to thank him for his openness, excellent cooperation, and strong commitment to bringing Ethiopian and Norwegian businesses, institutions, and people closer together.

On behalf of the Ethiopian Consulate in Norway, we wish Ambassador Mehreteab and his family every success and happiness in the future, and we thank him for his significant contribution to strengthening the friendship and cooperation between Ethiopia and Norway.

Takk til ambassadør Mehreteab Mulugeta Haile

Det etiopiske konsulatet i Norge ønsker å rette en varm og oppriktig takk til H.E. ambassadør Mehreteab Mulugeta Haile når han nå avslutter sin tjeneste i Norden.

Gjennom mer enn fire år har ambassadør Mehreteab arbeidet målrettet for å styrke forbindelsene mellom Etiopia og Norge. Han har vært en viktig pådriver for økt samarbeid, investeringer og økonomisk utvikling, samtidig som han har bidratt til større kunnskap om og forståelse mellom våre to land.

Gode relasjoner mellom land bygges over tid – gjennom tillit, dialog og mennesker som ser mulighetene for samarbeid. Ambassadør Mehreteab har gjennom sitt arbeid bidratt til nettopp dette og har vært en viktig brobygger mellom Etiopia og Norge.

Vi vil særlig takke for hans tilgjengelighet, gode samarbeid og sterke engasjement for å bringe etiopiske og norske interesser, virksomheter og mennesker nærmere hverandre.

På vegne av Etiopias konsulat i Norge ønsker vi ambassadør Mehreteab og hans familie alt godt videre, og takker for den betydelige innsatsen han har lagt ned for å styrke vennskapet og samarbeidet mellom Etiopia og Norge.
