Hello! I had applied for a new passport in January 2023, still no response from the empassy Stockholm. When you submit all the necessary documents, they do not provide anything that shows that you have applied for a passport. I tried to call and ask how my case is going, then they ask for my name and can't find anyone. Why do you treat your people so badly.

This highest extreme of unprofitable and unprofessionally we have ever come against. We have chose to online visas, one for me and one for my little sister on the same day.
I have got mine and she has not received hers. We have waited for over 3 month. No answer what’s so ever. And they respond once when we have sent 10 other emails asking about what’s happening where is you visa reference and payment reference.
Again and again we are sending every reference, payment, visa. Everything even pictures of our passports.

I have the same issue! My bank replied that double conformation for payment is required in Finland and Scandinavia as well as Europe. But Ethiopian On-line e-visa system is not built for such a double conformation. That is why payment does not go through. I do not know what to do now. I have a flight booked on the 3. Jan 2024.?????
